This DTCC Trading reference explains the relationship between Tether Gold (XAUt) and South Korean Won (KRW). Read the asset, currency and direction together: reversing the pair changes which amount is entered and which amount is calculated. A named pair provides a way to study value; it does not establish that DTCC Trading offers an exchange for that pair. Divide an amount of KRW by a rate quoted in KRW per XAUt to calculate its reference value in XAUt. The rate unit matters as much as its value. A rate expressed as XAUt per KRW uses the opposite operation. Check input precision and round only the final result. A reference calculation needs a clearly identified data source and observation time. Prices collected from different venues or at different moments need not agree. The price available for a small amount may differ from the average price across a larger order, and available liquidity can change before an order is filled.
